As an Aspiring Youth Offending Officer, you will support young people who may be at risk of offending or disengaging from education. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties

- Support reintegration into mainstream education or onward progression pathways
- Maintain clear boundaries, promote safety, and model professional behaviour
Experience & Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in alternative provision, youth work, or similar settings is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting at-risk youth
