Link3 Recruitment are working with a vibrant mixed secondary school and sixth form in Northampton, committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We are seeking an experienced Attendance Officer to join the dedicated school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous school office experience, excellent knowledge of school systems, and a passion for supporting student attendance and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage student attendance records accurately.
  • Work closely with staff, students, and families to promote good attendance.
  • Support the school office team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to building a positive, collaborative school culture.
  • Adapt to the ethos of the school and support students with SEN.

  • Proven experience working in a school office environment.
  • Strong understanding of school attendance systems and procedures.

  • Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
