We are supporting a school who are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic learning and education support worker to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for candidates who require some flexibility with their work but are keen to make a meaningful difference to students' lives. The school is based in central Northampton and support students with autism and/or Severe Learning Difficulties. The role is to start as soon as possible.

As an education and learning support worker, you will reinforce the excellent work of their teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups across a range of classroom and alternative learning environments. You'll be a positive role model with the creativity to motivate and the confidence to support and challenge students appropriately.

The school are seeking somebody who has excellent communication skills, bring a flexible, proactive approach to changing daily needs and has experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals. Experience working with students with autism would be highly advantageous
