Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office-Based
Northamptonshire Children's Trust is seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families, working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases involving Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care.
- Conduct assessments of need, and oversee the provision and review of care packages and short breaks.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic support for children and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, and contribute to planning and decision-making processes.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Experience in Children with Disabilities
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and statutory responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and organisational skills.
