Job Title: Kinship Social Worker
Hourly Rate: 35
Work Pattern: Hybrid - High percentage of the work is taken remotely, but includes once monthly team meetings at OAS and other days to cover duty and for induction

Key Requirements
- To undertake Initial Viability Assessments (IVAs) and full Kinship fostering and SGO assessments
- To supervise temporarily approved Kinship foster carers
- To undertake duty sessions periodically
- To work alongside colleagues in the Kinship Assessment Team to support and represent the work of the team to other NCT colleagues and other professionals
Skills & Experience
- A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Committed to supporting children, young people and their families and has the resilience to go that extra mile to ensure they achieve their potential.
- UK driving license
- 3 Years post qualifying experience
- Experience undertaking viability and SGO assessments
