Job Title: Kinship Social Worker

Hourly Rate: 35

Work Pattern: Hybrid - High percentage of the work is taken remotely, but includes once monthly team meetings at OAS and other days to cover duty and for induction

Key Requirements

To undertake Initial Viability Assessments (IVAs) and full Kinship fostering and SGO assessments
To supervise temporarily approved Kinship foster carers
To undertake duty sessions periodically
To work alongside colleagues in the Kinship Assessment Team to support and represent the work of the team to other NCT colleagues and other professionals

Skills & Experience

A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Committed to supporting children, young people and their families and has the resilience to go that extra mile to ensure they achieve their potential.
UK driving license
3 Years post qualifying experience
Experience undertaking viability and SGO assessments
