The work we can offer can range from a day's cover, to a term's cover, to cover for the whole academic year - it is up to you when and how often you work. We just ask that you are available for at least one day a week, 8.30am-3.30pm.

What will you be doing?
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.
- Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
- Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans.
- Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
A Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience working in an educational environment is desirable but not essential.
