We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking school in Northampton. You'll be working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to help pupils with additional needs reach their full potential - both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs.

Implement tailored learning strategies and support pupils in line with their EHCP targets.

Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.

Assist with personal care where required.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEND (in a school or care setting).

A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
