You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their potential in a safe and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities* Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN.* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).* Help with classroom management and provide additional support during lessons.* Promote an inclusive learning environment that supports the needs of all students.* Monitor and track students' progress and report back to the class teacher.* Support students in building confidence and self-esteem.* Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.* Potential to liaise with parents about progress.
