About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Someone with experience teaching Functional Skills - QTS beneficial but not essential for this role
* Has experience teaching learners with SEN/SEMH needs
* Brings creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
* Has strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
