What's the job?

In this role, you'll oversee the operational aspects of running the business while also leveraging your horticultural expertise to drive its success.

You'll lead by example, inspiring and energising the team while providing the guidance and training they need to excel. Your goal? To achieve exceptional results and elevate the business to new levels of success, surpassing targets with confidence.

Equally important is the customer experience-your priority will be to create a memorable and engaging shopping journey. You'll take the lead in ensuring every visit is impactful and leaves a positive, lasting impression.

What do I need?

You'll need to have a background in Garden retail Management / Nursery management and Horticulture. We are open to speaking to candidates from other retail backgrounds too but garden retail and nursery experience is preferrable.

High energy levels, communication and people management will come naturally to you.

You must be motivated and passionate, eager to take ownership while preserving the businesses' established high standards
