1st & 2nd Line Support Engineers - 2/3 Days onsite - Northamptonshire

1st & 2nd Line Support Engineers required to work for our leading customer based in Northamptonshire. Due to an acquisition, multiple 1st and 2nd Line support Engineers are needed to help support and maintain the organisations computer systems and hardware, while also supporting with other BAU requirements. Long term, the customer would also be looking to transition candidates from contract to permanent so any interest in going permanent long term would be beneficial, however the role is initially a 6 Month contract.
Suitable candidates will be required to work onsite in Northamptonshire 2/3 days a week.
Key skills:
- Extensive experience acting as a 1st and 2nd Line support engineer
- Providing support to BAU and project activities
- Experience with installation onto laptops, mobile devices, servers etc.
- Experience providing support to user queries/problems
- Experience escalating issues
- Good experience surrounding MS Office 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server
- Comfortable maintaining logs of queries and resolutions.
- Good knowledge of ticket systems and support processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills
