Are you a Test Engineer from a mechanical / electrical background looking to join a long-standing and stable manufacturer, offering a variety of day-to-day work in a Monday to Friday position with a great work life balance?

In this lab based role you will be conducting tests and analysing data for both mechanical and electrical components along with final products for use in the automotive industry. You will work closely with Quality and Production teams, ensuring the safety, performance, and quality is up to scratch.

This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than 50 million and have plans to move to a new facility next year.

This role would suit a Test Engineer with mechanical and electrical experience looking for a long-term, permanent role within a renowned manufacturer.

The Role:

• Conducting mechanical and electrical tests on components and final products
• Testing quality, safety, and performance
• Training available through shadowing on the job
• Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm, finish at 11am on Friday
