We are currently seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our experienced team at our Northampton site.



The Role

As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring all site machinery and assets operate reliably and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Executing both planned and reactive maintenance safely and to a high standard

  • Maintaining production assets in line with site requirements and performance KPIs

  • Using SAP to record all maintenance tasks (full training provided)

  • Contributing to engineering standards and continuous improvement

  • Following safe systems of work and risk assessments for all tasks

  • Working closely with both engineering and production teams

  • Booking out parts correctly to support stock management

  • Taking part in shift cover and overtime as required

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong electrical maintenance experience with mechanical maintenance knowledge
