About the Role:
Berry Recruitment is currently hiring temporary School Cleaning Staff for various schools in Northamptonshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting
- Ensure all restrooms are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards
- Dispose of waste and recycling in line with school policies
- Regularly check and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure they are always available
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Own transport is preferred, but not required
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
