Job Role: Industrial Paint Sprayer
Location: Northampton
Shift: Day Shifts 8am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate / Salary: 15 - 17.50 P/H

The Job Role Position:

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the job role position will have;
Proven industrial spraying experience, 2-5+ years preferred.Hands-on with 2-pack epoxy & polyurethane systems and high-solids primers; confident with ratios, thinners, induction and pot-life control.
Competent with air-fed spray equipment; setup of HVLP/AAA guns, pressure pots and ovens/bake cycles.
Strong surface prep skills: degrease, abrasion/blast, masking, cleanliness checks.
Measurement & quality: WFT/DFT control, Elcometer use, and verification with FTS shims.
Ability to read specs/drawings; complete inspection records and lot traceability.
Safety: COSHH awareness, isocyanates, safe use/care of RPE; fit to wear air-fed hood.
Solid housekeeping, 5S mindset; dependable, detail-driven.
