Maintenance Manager (Northamptonshire)

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direction and leadership to a multi-disciplined engineering team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee and enhance maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and optimum production performance.
* Take a hands-on approach to maintenance planning, problem-solving, and technical challenge resolution.
* Manage maintenance budgets and resources to deliver operational excellence.
* Ensure timely diagnosis and resolution of breakdowns to minimise production impact.
* Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure essential parts and services efficiently.
