A well-regarded, community-focused primary school in Ealing is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced KS2 Phase Leader to join its leadership team on a permanent basis from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher ready to step into phase leadership or an experienced leader looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role:

As KS2 Phase Leader, you will oversee the teaching, learning, and progress of pupils across Key Stage 2. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement initiatives, lead phase meetings, and provide mentoring and support for teachers within the phase. The role includes a class teaching commitment with protected leadership time.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding KS2 classroom practitioner with a track record of securing strong outcomes

  • Have experience leading a subject, year group, or phase team

  • Possess excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • Be passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
