The Opportunity:-
Lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports within a wider UK finance structure

Oversee group financial reporting, controls, and governance in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance across the UK business

Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives around reporting and data quality

Support strategic decisions with high-quality analysis and timely insight

Proven experience in a senior finance role within the manufacturing sector (essential)
