THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

  • Look for new sales opportunities, both for the online brand and existing clients.
  • Build Client Relationships and be the main contact for clients, keeping them happy and loyal.
  • Oversee web and software projects, working closely with the design and development teams.
  • Spot chances to upsell and offer clients more development, marketing, or support.
  • Use your commercial know how to find leads and close sales for the new brand.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and tasks to meet all deadlines.
  • Keep clients in the loop with regular updates and manage expectations clearly.
  • Lead internal meetings and make sure everyone's on track with their work.

ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a digital or tech setting
  • Strong commercial awareness with a knack for spotting and converting upsell opportunities
  • Driven and entrepreneurial, with a passion for growing new brands from the ground up
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
