We are looking for an Architectural Technician (immediate start) to join our clients well-established practice located just outside of Marple. This is an exciting 3-month contract opportunity to work on a new-build restaurant with hotel project, contributing to the preparation of tender technical drawing packages.
The Role:
As an Architectural Technician, you will primarily be producing detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD. You will support the wider team by ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant, helping to facilitate the smooth delivery of the project's tender stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD for tender submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and Planning policies.
- Supporting the team in coordinating drawings and information for the tender pack.
About You:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning legislation.
- Experience preparing technical drawings for tender stages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
