Description
- Management & development of key customers in Global regions
- Develop existing customer base as well as new business prospects to ensure P&L Budget is met
- Monitor market trends and industry updates, collaborating with the NPD team to identify new growth areas or concepts
- Develop and implement an omni-channel sales & marketing strategy
- Monitoring and reporting on performance - Brand Plans, Rolling Forecast, Quarterly Reporting etc.
- Put together annual sales budgets utilizing customer knowledge, sales data and market intelligence
Profile
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within Consumer Goods, preferably in a Global setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
- Strong sales reporting, financial and budgeting skills.
- Able to travel up to customers, trade shows, and events.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the import/export/manufacturing sector.
