You would be working with the Sales and Marketing teams to help build and implement the sales and marketing strategy within Global regions.

Description

  • Management & development of key customers in Global regions
  • Develop existing customer base as well as new business prospects to ensure P&L Budget is met
  • Monitor market trends and industry updates, collaborating with the NPD team to identify new growth areas or concepts
  • Develop and implement an omni-channel sales & marketing strategy
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance - Brand Plans, Rolling Forecast, Quarterly Reporting etc.
  • Put together annual sales budgets utilizing customer knowledge, sales data and market intelligence

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within Consumer Goods, preferably in a Global setting
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a sales team.
  • Strong sales reporting, financial and budgeting skills.
  • Able to travel up to customers, trade shows, and events.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the import/export/manufacturing sector.
