Due to continued growth within our business we have an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Services team as a Client Manager.
The role will involve:
- Producing illustrations
- Obtaining valuations
- Client review tasks, daily, monthly & annual
- Fund switch processing
- New business processing
- Existing business maintenance
- Policy issue processing
- Admin support to Financial Advisors and Directors
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Answering incoming calls
- Welcome clients & occasionally accompanying appointments
Essential Functions:
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records and files in organised detail.
- Provide administrative support to clients and financial advisors.
- Other duties as assigned by department manager.
Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication Skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
