The Role
As an Assistant Manager, youll be a hands-on, motivating leader who leads by example. Youll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, supporting all areas of the business while helping to maintain exceptional standards of food, drink, and service.
This role suits someone who is:

What Were Looking For
- Previous management experience in a high-volume gastro pub or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, drink, and customer service
- The ability to motivate, train, and develop a large team (40+ staff)
- Confidence running shifts and being the front-of-house face of the business
- Experience with restaurant systems
Youll be supported by a dedicated head office team covering HR, payroll, accounts, sales & marketing, and central reservations allowing you to focus on what matters most:the guest experience.
Due to the rural location of this site, applicants must have reliable transport.
