The Role

As a Junior Paraplanner, you’ll begin to transition from administrative duties to paraplanning tasks, with full support and guidance. No prior paraplanning experience is required - just a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with research and report preparation for client advice
  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners in client planning work
  • Continuing to handle some administrative tasks while you develop your technical skills
  • Learning systems, processes, and provider platforms
  • Engaging in exam study and applying your learning to real-world cases
