The Role
As a Junior Paraplanner, you’ll begin to transition from administrative duties to paraplanning tasks, with full support and guidance. No prior paraplanning experience is required - just a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with research and report preparation for client advice
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners in client planning work
- Continuing to handle some administrative tasks while you develop your technical skills
- Learning systems, processes, and provider platforms
- Engaging in exam study and applying your learning to real-world cases
What We're Looking For
- Experience in financial services administration
- Interest in progressing into paraplanning and studying for financial planning exams
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
