We are seeking dedicated and talented Multi Skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. About the Role:As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a permanent position + Fixed term contracts available with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week on a 3-shift rotational pattern, with the opportunity for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive maintenance to resolve breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
  • Execute planned maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Provide support to production teams during production runs.
  • Employ systematic problem-solving techniques for repetitive issues and faults.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Time Served Apprenticeship in Multiskilled (Electrical and Mechanical).
  • Knowledge of Siemens and Rockwell PLC (advantageous).
  • Experience in Fanuc Robot Programming & set-up (advantageous).
  • A solid understanding of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation and tenacity.
