Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons
- Work 1:1 with pupils or support small groups to enhance learning
- Foster a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
- Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised space
- Support children's emotional, behavioural and social development
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and fellow staff
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children (in school, youth work, care, or similar)
- A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, flexible, and patient attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Legal right to work in the UK
