Description

  • Provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee relations cases and advising on HR policies.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement.
  • Advise managers on performance management processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to upskill staff as required.
  • Provide support in payroll and benefits administration when necessary.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
