Description
- Provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee relations cases and advising on HR policies.
- Assist in recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement.
- Advise managers on performance management processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions to upskill staff as required.
- Provide support in payroll and benefits administration when necessary.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
