Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- aged debtor management
- customer reconciliation
- contract administration and billing
- reviewing and posting invoices for different services
- report to senior management on billing performance
- work with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes
- holiday cover for credit control
Profile
A successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have:
- Experience in managing sales ledgers or similar roles in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
