This week, I met with a firm with offices across Cheshire who, having known of them for years, I finally got the chance to sit down with one of their Partners.
I was genuinely so taken at their culture - it was hybrid (2 days on site), family first mindset, autonomy driven, zero micro management and genuine internal and organic growth with the evidence across their; reputation, client database (its that good there is no need for targeted business development) as well as the progression and support of their staff - that the work gets done naturally, and to an exceptionally high level.
They have recently mapped the market to ensure their staff are rewarded well, plus contractual bonus' whilst ensuring that well being is always maintained.
