About the Role
You would be joining a team of specialist employment solicitors, working with HR departments of established organistions on interesting and complex work.
The work the team carry out can be demanding, but also enjoyable and stimulating.
Responsibilities
Advise on the full range of employment law issues, including:
- high value employment disputes, industrialrelations, executive terminations, complex discrimination,
- whistleblowing, restrictive covenants,
- representation in employment tribunals and in relevant High Court proceedings.
- Guide and support clients to a successful conclusion on their problems and issues.
- Provide full training and support in understanding the subtleties and nuances of employment law.
- Apply employment law pragmatically and sensibly in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor

- Technically proficient and confident solicitor.
- Desire to be the best employment law solicitor they can be.
