Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This role involves delivering advanced occupational therapy services, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for patients.

Provide expert clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care.

Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Participate in service development initiatives to improve the quality of care.
Key Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Significant experience in a relevant clinical setting, preferably at a Band 7 level.

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
