Project Manager - Luxury Swimming Pool Construction
Location: Cheshire
Salary: Up to 50,000 basic + benefits

Are you an organised, detail-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-end projects for customers in the swimming pool industry? About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke luxury swimming pool projects from conception to completion. You'll work closely with clients, designers, engineers, and on-site teams to ensure each project is executed to the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple swimming pool construction projects across Cheshire and elsewhere

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle

  • Conduct site visits, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Identify risks, solve problems, and keep all stakeholders informed

  • Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement



About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the swimming pool industry, swimming pool construction industry experience preferable.

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Full UK driving licence
