Working within a very friendly and supportive team environment.Your new roleProviding administration support to experienced Financial Planners and their clients to ensure high standards of client service. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing assistance across all areas of financial planning. This will include preparing all documentation prior to submitting new business, using back office CRM system, assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, including preparing provider illustrations and liaising with providers to chase up outstanding documentation.What you'll need to succeedThis is a senior administration position which requires solid experience of working in a financial services administration role, ideally gained within an IFA practice (experience of working with a product provider also considered if used CRM systems), strong communication and organisational skills, methodical, excellent attention to detail, enjoy working as part of a team.
