About the Role:As a Secondary Supply Teacher with Tradewind Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of welcoming and high-performing secondary schools throughout Cheshire East. Whether you're looking for short-term daily cover or longer-term assignments, we offer roles tailored to your preferences and specialisms.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum

Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies

Adapting to different school environments with confidence and professionalism

Providing feedback to department heads or cover coordinators as required

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

A strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills

A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
