As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students aged 7-18 with a range of complex needs including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised learning and care plans
• Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour
• Assist with classroom activities, sensory interventions, and outdoor learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
