Description

The role of Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage end-to-end supply chain initiatives, collaborating with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver strategic objectives.

  2. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring milestones are met within budget and scope.

  3. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

  4. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

  5. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and resilience in supply chain operations.

  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor project performance, drive insights, and support continuous improvement.

  7. Change Management: Support the adoption of new systems, tools, or processes by leading training sessions and ensuring smooth transitions.

  8. Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and support the company's sustainability goals.

Profile

Ideally, the candidate will have the following background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within the FMCG sector or a similarly fast-paced industry
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functional supply chain projects on time and within budget
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
