Neos Engineering are working with a large Heavy Plant Machinery supplier who are looking for a Service Controller to join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a well known & well established organisation!
The ideal candidate for the role is someone from a customer service, telesales background who is looking for the next step of their career, this is a role with both internal and external communications.
The day to day role of the Service Controller is to be able to liaise with the employers clients & engineers to ensure the best possible customer service! Authorising repairs and servicing to the companies equipment and managing the business' Service Engineers diaries accordingly.

The Role:
- Service Controller
- Liaising with clients & engineers UK Wide
- Sourcing Parts
- Updating each repair/Service on the database
The Candidate:
- Experience within customer service, hospitality or telesales
- Full Driving License.
