Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our client in Northwich.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIGwelding and metal fabrication, with the ability to read and work from engineering drawings to produce high-quality metal components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications

  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment

  • Ensure all fabricated parts meet dimensional and quality standards

  • Conduct inspections and tests on completed products to ensure conformance

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication

  • Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Proficient in welding techniques

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00

Friday 07:00 - 13:00
