At My Core Beauty, we're more than just a salon – we’re a community that puts client care and team happiness at the heart of everything we do. We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Hairdresser to join our growing team in Northwood Hills. Whether you’re a pro at balayage, thrive doing blowdries, or love a good colour correction challenge, we want to hear from you!
Your Role Will Include:- Cutting, colouring, styling and blow-drying hair for women (and some men’s cuts)
- Performing hair consultations and recommending styles or treatments
- Working with a range of products and colour systems
- Keeping your station clean, tidy and professional
- Delivering exceptional customer service that makes clients feel amazing
- Working alongside our beauty and laser teams to cross-refer clients
- Minimum 2 years of salon experience
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or international equivalent)
- Strong technical skills in cutting, colour application and styling
- Confidence in delivering a full range of hair services with minimal supervision
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to recommend products and treatments tailored to client needs
- A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
- A positive, welcoming, and professional salon environment
