We are urgently seeking a Practice Accountant on behalf of our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial business based in Norwich. This role is perfect for individuals who are ACCA and/or AAT Level 4 qualified, with openness to all levels of experience. The successful candidate will manage a significant book of business, providing a great opportunity for career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks and financial activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external purposes.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance financial procedures and systems.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACCA and/or AAT Level 4 qualification.
- Open to all levels of experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
