We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Accountant to oversee and manage the financial operations, reporting, and strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and decision support, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact position that requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and business acumen.

Main Duties:

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Oversee cash flow, investment, and risk management activities.

Develop and monitor internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.

Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business strategy through financial insight.

Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed.

You will have advanced Excel and data analysis skills. High attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
