We're working with a fast-paced, values-led organisation based in Norwich that's looking for a confident, commercially aware finance professional to join their growing team.

This is more than just a month-end role - you'll be producing accurate management accounts, analysing performance, supporting budget cycles, and working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive decision-making. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong eye for detail
  • Confidence to liaise with non-finance teams and present financial insight

You're Someone Who:

  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Can translate complex data into actionable insight
