The role is likely to run for 4-6 months, possibly longer.
You are responsible for:
- Producing timely and accurate management accounts for multiple UK entities
- Presenting month end reporting to the finance team
- Supportwith year-end budget setting and re-forecasting
- Providing monthly variance analysis, analysing results against budgets and forecasts
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and correcting any variances where relevant
- Completing monthly revenue reconciliation
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Preparing bi-weekly cash flow forecasts
- VAT return preparation, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements
- Completing other ad hoc statutory returns
- A financial professional with an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and 1+ years of post qualified experience
- Comfortable and experienced in working in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with Excel
- Highly analytical, accurate and data driven
- A great communicator and a critical link between the financial and non-financial worlds
