What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and maintain accurate client bookkeeping records, including sales, purchases, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients accurately and on time.
- Assist with the preparation of client accounts, management accounts, and tax computations under the supervision of senior staff.
- Support qualified accountants in managing client portfolios within the practice.
- Communicate with clients as required, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional manner.
- Ensure client records comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and firm procedures.
