OrderMatic Carbon Reduction LTD is a leading installer of solar PV, air source heating, and insulation solutions across Norfolk. We work primarily under government grant funding streams, which require meticulous paperwork and compliance management.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our team.

Position Details

- Location: Our new premises on Heigham Street, Norwich

- Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

- Employment Type: Full time

- Self-motivated with initiative, with training and guidance provided

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the administration manager with various tasks and projects.

- Prepare contracts and job specific paperwork for clients.

- Prepare job sheets for install teams.

- Review job designs (solar, insulation, heating) to ensure materials are ordered and available.

- Procure materials and assist in resource scheduling

- Compile design and compliance paperwork for projects

- Prepare handover packs for completed jobs, ensuring digital or postal delivery

- Use Excel and web sources to prepare data for direct mail campaigns ad hoc.

- Communicate with customers and conduct satisfaction surveys

- Prepare documents for digital signing

- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
