Join our clients dynamic team in Norwich as an Operations Administrator. This role involves some travel across the UK and offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the operations of one of the UK's leading family-run business.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and order signage ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and BPA standards.
- Oversee the ordering of new machines, spare parts, and tariff software, maintaining accurate logs of machine locations and statuses.
- Coordinate site works and maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring all operational staff are informed of scheduled works.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring all suppliers meet company standards and maintain updated and accurate supplier lists.
- Handle engineer call-outs and servicing, ensuring all machine faults are logged and addressed promptly.
- Manage car park price changes and openings, ensuring all relevant staff are informed and all necessary preparations are made.
- Design and produce customer notices and machine inserts as required.
- Excellent customer service and administration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proactive and resilient nature.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software packages.
- Previous experience in an operations administration role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Full clean driving licence.
