Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a confident, commercially minded Account Manager to join their team based in Norwich.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring they are fully engaged with the company's software and consultancy services. You'll be expected to grow account value, improve retention, and provide strategic.

This role suits someone with a consultative sales approach and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large employer clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships across various levels within client organisations
  • Forecast renewals, manage churn risks and lead upsell opportunities
  • Lead client onboarding and coordinate internal teams for smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Hubspot) and client documentation
  • Deliver performance reporting and regular account reviews

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in B2B account management or customer success
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting KPIs or OKRs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable presenting and demoing software to clients
  • Organised, proactive, and confident using CRM and Microsoft Office tools

Desirable:

  • Experience working in SaaS sectors
