The day to day

  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, building long-term partnerships.
  • Create, maintain, and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries proactively, ensuring follow up and close.
  • Contribute to competitive tender processes for clients.
  • Proactively promote yourself and the business at in person networking and social platforms.
  • Identify additional prospect clients, conduct outreach and engage through the sales process.
  • Produce accurate forecasts and implement customer-specific growth strategies.
  • Meet regularly with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and oversee the customer experience across the business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas, improve processes and launch new products.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.

You will have/be

  • Proven experience in a sales account management or a similar customer-focused sales role.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities.
