Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, progressing projects from concept to completion
- Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and associated documentation
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages
- Support the delivery of sustainable, innovative design solutions that unite creativity with technical excellence
The Ideal Architectural Technician will be:
- Experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist with a strong track record of delivering complex schemes
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (additional software skills advantageous)
- In-depth technical and construction knowledge with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicator with excellent coordination and teamwork abilities
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven, with the ability to work independently when required
